Singing Beach at Basin Head
Dave is yawning, not singing. This is the loudest singing
sands I've heard in awhile. A very nice beach, if the weather
had been better we would have stayed.

Elmira Station
End of the line for P.E.I. Railway. This is now a small
museum, the old rail bed is being converted into a pedestrian
trail from one end of the island to the other. (with some
opposition in Charlottetown!)

Ticket to the past
Judging from the rail map on the wall, there was a station
about every 5 miles.

Lupin shot of the day
The largest lupin fields we have found to date are on
P.E.I.

Josie the alarm dog
Josie is 15+, but you wouldn't know it from the way
she behaves.

and breakfast!

Snooker anyone ?
Maybe next time I'll take the time to learn.

The view from the road
While we didn't take the time to explore the whole island, it's
safe to say that A LOT of P.E.I. looks like this. We must have
passed 10 tractors in a day and a half of touring. If the weather
had been better, you would be seeing pictures of endless beaches
(maybe next year).

More rolling hills
Alfalfa, potatos and straight roads.
