Built in 1853 by Horace Childes, this bridge was completely rebuilt in 1965.
This bridge crosses the Contoocook directly opposite the extremely
sharp corner around the pulp plant. If you have come from over
the dam and down the hill, just keep going straight, don't turn
around the building.
