This is one of two early 20th century buildings in the historic district. The building is a substantial Dutch Colonial revival house, a popular style in the early 20th century. Though sided with aluminum, its features survive, including molded casings around 6/1 sash, cornice modillions, projecting central pavilions with an arched light over the 2nd story window and an entry portico supported by Ionic columns. The chimneys are ornamented with applied brick crosses. A period garage accompanies the property.
